Zimbabwe Cricket will play its first international tournament of 2008 next month when it is scheduled to travel to Nairobi, Kenya for a three-way match against Kenya and Ireland.
The tourney runs October 14th to 22nd
Zimbabwe Cricket has become isolated as countries including Britain and Australia have refused to admit or to play it, citing the Harare government’s human rights record.
Cricket analyst Brian Goredema told reporter Marvellous Mhlanga-Nyahuye of VOA's Studio 7 for Zimbabwe that the tourney will provide much-needed international exposure.
