Information Minister Monica Mutsvangwa is promising a new dawn for Zimbabwe's media landscape. To mark World Press Freedom Day Friday, Mutsvangwa told VOA's Blessing Zulu that the govt is "working hard on the reforms, we certainly mean what we are talking about," referring to AIPPA and other laws.
