Former Hurungwe East lawmaker Temba Mliswa is threatening to take Zanu-PF secretary for administration Ignatius Chombo and ruling party Central Committee member Philip Chiyangwa to the International Criminal Court for gross human rights abuses.
Mliswa was expelled from Zanu-PF for his alleged links to ousted former Vice President Joice Mujuru.
Mliswa is campaigning as an independent in forthcoming parliamentary by-elections and his farm has been seized by alleged Zanu-PF members.
Studio 7 sources in the constituency say state security agents have been deployed in the area to intimidate voters ahead of the June 10th by election.
A video has been leaked to Studio 7 showing Chombo and Chiyangwa addressing villagers and threatening them not to vote for Mliswa.
Chombo is also heard saying he had expelled some headman for backing Mliswa.
