Tajamuka-Sesijikile spokesperson, Promise Mkwananzi, has been granted $100 bail by the High Court after spending about a month in remand prison.
He was arrested by the police who accused him of being part of a group of political activists that set on fire a police vehicle during recent riots in the capital city over the deteriorating social and economic situation in Zimbabwe.
His lawyers have dismissed the allegations as trumped up charges.
Meanwhile, the activist group Tajamuka-Sesijikile released gory pictures of renowned and award-winning actor, Silvanos Mudzvova, who was allegedly abducted by unknown assailants at 11pm yesterday, beaten up and left stranded at Nharira Hills, a few kilometres outside Harare.
In the pictures, Mudzvova has lacerations all over his body and an injured right toe with a peeled skin.

Mudzvova was reportedly abducted at gunpoint by six armed men from his home.
The abduction of Mudzvova came at a time when President Robert Mugabe threatened to punish people protesting against his government.
