The Movement for Democratic Change Renewal team says it has launched a face-to-face campaign with leaders going out to meet and speak with ordinary people on the streets about problems they are facing under the Zanu PF government.

Party spokesman Jacob Mafume told VOA Studio 7 leaders Tendai Biti and Elton Mangoma together with party Members of Parliament on Monday started the ball rolling by meeting people on the streets of Harare.

Mafume said his party is ready to take a radical confrontational approach in trying to deal with problems plaguing the country.

The MDC Renewal Team broke away from the MDC formation led by Morgan Tsvangirai after accusing him of what they said was dictatorship and his failure to have a strategic plan to unseat President Robert Mugabe and his party from power since the party’s formation in 1999.
