Harare High Court judge, Mary Zimba Dube, dismissed an urgent application filed by Harare mayor Benard Manyenyeni, Wednesday, challenging his suspension, by Local Government Minister Savior Kasukuwere. Manyenyeni said his suspension was unconstitutional and is demanding an independent tribunal.
