Zimbabwe's parliamentarians erupted into song and dance following the official delivery of the resignation letter signed by President Robert Mugabe, Tuesday. Speaker of the House of Assembly, Jacob Mudenda, read the announcement as legislators were attempting to impeach Mugabe.
