Zimbabwe Court Releases American Citizen Charged With Subversion, Insulting Former President
United States citizen Martha O'Donovan is out of a Zimbabwean jail after a Harare magistrate ordered her release following the State's failure to prove its case or set a trial date. O'Donovan, arrested in November, faced 20-years in jail for subversion and insulting former president Robert Mugabe.
