Zimbabwe Declares State of Emergency Following Violence, Blames Opposition MDC Alliance
Zimbabwe President Emmerson Mnangagwa has blamed the opposition MDC Alliance leadership for Monday's "violence and hooliganism," demanding it takes responsibility for loss of life and injury. The opposition has in turn blamed the government. Zimbabwe is now in a sate of emergency. #voazimvotes
