Zimbabwe's opposition leader Tendai Biti says lack of respect for the rule of law in Africa was a factor in Zambia's decision to send him back to Zimbabwe after denying him asylum. Biti faces charges of public violence and unlawfully announcing election results. He is now out on bail. #voazimvotes
