VOA Africa Division Program Manager Mwamoyo Hamza who is attending the 15th African Union of Broadcasting General Assembly in Gaborone, Botswana. Hamza says it is important for VOA to be a member of the African Union of Broadcasting in order to partner with other broadcasters within the continent.
