Rwanda will this week mark 25-years since the genocide that killed an estimated 800, 000 people, mostly Tutsis. Despite that, Rwanda's GDP has grown by 6 - 8% a year since 2003 (World Bank). Rwanda also has the most female legislators in the world - more than 60%. Report by VOA's Mariama Diallo.
