Speaking after the Zimbabwe Constitutional Court ruled in favor of President Emmerson Mnangagwa, after dismissing MDC Alliance claims of fraud, Minister of Finance and Economic Planning Patrick Chinamasa said the 2018 election was the 'most transparent, most credible' the country has had.
